5. Payment Terms

- Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- All sales are final - subscriptions are non-refundable

- No setup fees or hidden costs
- Immediate cancellation - no hoops to jump through
- Keep access until your billing period ends
- Switch plans anytime with proration
- Exceptional circumstances reviewed case-by-case
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of digital services and consumption of API resources, all sales are final. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly but can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO AURORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Aurora from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-payment of fees
- Actions that harm our Service or users
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
